The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to supply fifteen double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54‑, 72‑, 96‑, 108‑inches) and matching gearboxes for its Lanier and Shoal Creek water‑treatment filter plants. The contract is goods‑only; installation, field testing, and on‑site services are excluded. The vendor must provide full engineering design, shop drawings, compliance certifications (AWWA, NSF/ANSI 61), operation and maintenance manuals (hard‑copy and searchable PDF), and spare‑parts kits. Delivery is FOB Destination to the two plant sites in Buford, GA, with a freight‑prepaid requirement.
