5101 Fitness Equipment Repairs

The City of Columbus, Recreation and Parks Department is seeking a vendor to provide fitness equipment repair services. The successful bidder will be required to service various commercial fitness equipment, including but not limited to Concept2, Cybex International, Hammer Strength, and Life Fitness, at various facilities owned and operated by the City of Columbus. The vendor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and parts to fully complete contracted work and make professional recommendations for cost-effectiveness of repairs. The vendor must also be able to provide service Monday through Friday and have a maximum response time of 24 hours. • The vendor must adhere to industry standards and abide by all EPA, OSHA, and applicable regulations. • The vendor must submit a State of Ohio Workers' Compensation Certificate and Liability Insurance Certificate. • The City may issue individual written purchase orders as needed to purchase items and services listed in the agreement. • The funds available on the Purchase Order expire on 3/31/2027. • Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified.
