Description
The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services for high-pressure wash equipment in the truck wash bay at the Marlboro Shop Maintenance Facility. The selected contractor will ensure all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing maintenance, inspection, and repair work on industrial high-pressure hot water washer systems and have two full-time experienced service technicians. The contract duration is two years, and the award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest price. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing maintenance, inspection, and repair services for industrial equipment
• Submitting required documentation and reports
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Responding to service requests in a timely manner
