Intent to Single Source Pivoted Turnbuckle Steel Expandable Manhole Risers

The City of Tampa's Mobility Department intends to single source pivoted turnbuckle steel expandable manhole risers. The City has standardized manhole risers to the turnbuckle steel expandable type to obtain full circumferential engagement of the manhole cover, reducing hazardous cover displacements and for continuity of equipment, maintenance, and training requirements. • The City is seeking an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer who can quote the product and provide warranty service, maintenance, or repairs. • The selected vendor must provide insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Excess Liability Insurance. • The vendor must also comply with the City's insurance requirements, including maintaining insurance coverage during the term of the agreement and providing certificates of insurance.
