2025 Pavement Markings & On-Street Bike Markings Program

The City of West Des Moines is seeking bids for the 2025 Pavement Markings & On-Street Bike Markings Program. The project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 525 stations of pavement markings, 62 stations of pavement marking removals, 197 pavement symbols, and 1,019 painted bike sharrow symbols on various streets throughout the City of West Des Moines. The work is to be done in strict compliance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by I&S Group, Inc. (ISG). The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. • Key aspects of the project include: • Removal and replacement of pavement markings and symbols • Painting of bike sharrow symbols • Compliance with Plans and Specifications • Furnishing of performance and payment bond • Maintenance of improvements for a period of four years
