USNS SOJOURNER TRUTH PSA SOURCES SOUGHT

The Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, is seeking sources for a Post-Shake Down Availability (PSA) for the USNS SOJOURNER TRUTH (T-AO 210). The PSA is expected to commence on or about July 16, 2027, and last until December 15, 2027, at the contractor's facility. The area of consideration is the East/Gulf Coast. Interested firms are requested to submit a brief capabilities package demonstrating their ability to perform the work and experience in performing similar work. The package should include a company profile, description and location of the facility where the work will be performed, and information about the company's size and socioeconomic category. • The PSA will be solicited under NAICS Code 336611, Ship Building and Repair. • The size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. • The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received. • The submission of a capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government in determining the extent of shipyards available for this procurement.
