Pre-Solicitation Notice - Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract - F35 Cockpit Upgrade

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Driven Technologies Inc. for the F-35 Cockpit Upgrade. The upgrade includes the cockpit structure, internals and communication, displays and panels, PEDALS Aerostronics, panoramic cockpit display, and F-35 panoramic center display. The contract is for a specialized design tailored to meet the mission requirements of the Integrated Flight Avionics Systems Testbed (IFAST) under the 445th Test Squadron (445TS/EWJN). The key requirements of the project include: • Cockpit structure • Cockpit internals and communication • Displays and panels • PEDALS Aerostronics • Panoramic cockpit display • F-35 panoramic center display Any vendors that believe they can meet the requirements should submit a complete technical package, including any special requirements for a commercial contract.
