Description
The Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to install and integrate an X200 communication gateway and an e-Cumulus cellular modem within the existing treatment and HR buildings at SCI Benner. The purpose of this upgrade is to provide a secure, reliable connection between the existing fire alarm control panel and the cloud-based Fire Manager platform, enabling full remote monitoring and management capabilities. The scope of work includes equipment provision, installation tasks, configuration and testing, documentation and training, and deliverables.
• The contractor must evaluate existing conditions and identify optimal mounting locations for the X200 and modem.
• The contractor must install the X200 gateways and e-Cumulus modems, provide conduit and cabling, and complete low-voltage interconnections.
• The contractor must configure the X200s and modem for Fire Manager connectivity and test communication between the FACPs, the X200 gateways, and the cloud service.
• The contractor must provide updated system documentation and deliver user instructions on accessing Fire Manager.
