Request for Proposals (RFP) For Health Access Program

The Connecticut Department of Public Health is seeking proposals to implement Public Act (P.A.) 22-118, which allocated funding to the Department to increase access to specialty medical health care and social services to low-income children and/or adults who are underinsured or uninsured in Connecticut. The Department received $1,244,634 in State funding to support this effort. The selected organizations will provide specialty medical care to low-income children and/or adults with limited or no health insurance in the State. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing specialty medical care to low-income children and/or adults • Increasing access to social services for low-income children and/or adults • Utilizing $1,244,634 in State funding to support the effort • Collaborating with the Connecticut Department of Public Health to implement Public Act (P.A.) 22-118
