The State of Louisiana’s Office of State Procurement is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive data‑management solution for the Home and Community‑Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Program administered by the Louisiana Department of Health – Behavioral Health Services Framework (LDH‑BHSF). The solution must support data collection, storage, reporting, and analytics for program participants, providers, and state oversight functions, and must be compatible with the state’s existing cloud‑based SAP Ariba e‑procurement environment.
• Scope includes design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of a secure, scalable data platform.
• Must integrate with existing state systems (e.g., Medicaid, eligibility, and provider portals).
• Requires robust reporting dashboards for compliance, performance metrics, and federal reporting requirements.
• Vendor must provide training, documentation, and a transition plan for state staff.
