Description
The State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation & Development, is soliciting bids for the supply of arch pipe and bands. Bidders must provide unit prices for the specified products, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract term cannot exceed 36 months. The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and the specifications contained in the solicitation.
• The products must meet the Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, 2026 Edition.
• The products must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging.
• The bidder must provide a bid bond, if required.
• The bidder must provide a performance bond, if required.
• The bidder must comply with the provisions of the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
• The bidder must certify that they do not discriminate against firearm entities or firearm trade associations.
• The bidder must certify that they are not suspended or debarred by the General Services Administration.
