Description
The City of Ann Arbor seeks up to two firms to deliver as‑needed professional engineering services supporting four high‑hazard dams (Barton, Superior, Argo, Geddes). Services include design, documentation, specialized studies, on‑site support, regulatory and permit work, capital‑project management, emergency‑action planning, grant applications, public coordination, construction administration, surveying, and file management. The work is expected to be performed on an as‑required basis, with a base three‑year contract (July 2027 – June 30 2029) and optional one‑year extensions. The solicitation emphasizes experience with FERC and EGLE compliance, local presence for frequent dam visits, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
