Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the repair of roofs at the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The scope of work includes schematic design, preliminary design, and final design. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects.
• The contractor must submit a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology.
