Project DescriptionProject performs structural, mechanical, and electrical repairs to correct deficiencies in the Oak Street steam tunnel between station mark 000 (near the intersection with Gregory Drive) and station mark 700 (south of the intersection with Stadium Drive). Project includes civil and traffic control work to support the structural repairs. This Project is located at: Oak Street, from the Gregory Drive intersection, south through the Stadium Drive intersection to near the entrance to the Oak Street Chiller Plant parking lot. A virtual and non-mandatory pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 09:00AM on 1/28/2026 through a zoom call-in Telephone: 312-626-6799, Meeting ID: 832 3487 7644 Password: 1867. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures.
