Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a quote for three Dewatering Panels. The panels must be direct replacements for existing shipyard equipment and must be procured from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Dibert Valve and Fitting Company, Incorporated. The quote must include all costs, including shipping and any other associated costs. The contractor must comply with various federal regulations and clauses, including those related to item unique identification, payment, and contract terms and conditions.
• The contract is for a firm-fixed price.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• The contractor must provide certification of material and comply with the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program.
• The contractor must provide a technical capability statement.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements for access to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
