Sources Sought for Sailboat Engines

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information from qualified and experienced sources to provide four BOMG 4JH57 Engines and kits for the United States Naval Observatory. The engines are needed to replace the originally installed Yanmar Engine, which is broken beyond repairs, and are required to power the craft's illuminating lighting, navigation, and radar systems. The contractor shall provide the materials as soon as possible and deliver them to Waterfront Readiness, 66 Halligan Road, Annapolis, MD 21402. • The contractor must provide a capability statement displaying their ability to provide the minimum requirements, including past performance information. • The contractor must provide information on their company size, CAGE code, and whether they can be a prime contractor or subcontractor. • The Government is determining the acquisition strategy for this potential acquisition and may consider a small business set-aside. • The contractor must provide questions, comments, or feedback regarding the draft PWS, planned contract type, or any other associated information.
