Description
The California Highway Patrol is soliciting quotes for CrimeTracer services. The contract is expected to last for 12 months, from January 15, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The supplier must provide a Prorated CrimeTracer Subscription Service, with electronic delivery. The CHP may require the supplier to provide a prototype or sample of the product for technical compliance evaluation prior to acceptance and full delivery of the order. The supplier must also complete and return the required documents and attachments, including the Bidder Declaration, California Civil Rights Laws Certification, and Recycled Content Certification.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price.
• The supplier must provide a complete sample of the product bid within an agreed-upon time frame.
• The seller pays, bears the freight charges, and owns the goods while they are in transit for delivery to the designated shipping location.
• The payment terms are Net 45, non-negotiable.
