Recreation Center Slide Tower Restoration

The City of Cortez is seeking bids for the restoration of the slide tower at the Cortez Recreation Center. The project includes the installation and removal of temporary shoring, concrete repair, and the application of traffic coating and sealant. The contractor will be responsible for field verification of materials, scheduling, and completion of the work within 60 days of receiving notice to proceed. • The project requires a non-mandatory virtual meeting and site visit. • The contractor must provide a bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Cortez for 5% of the total bid amount. • The City reserves the right to waive any formality or informality in the bidding process and to accept or reject any bid. • The contractor must guarantee and warrant all workmanship and materials for one year from the date of final acceptance.
