The City of Delphos is seeking sealed bids for a comprehensive park improvement project. The scope includes removal of existing pavement, installation of new aggregate base and concrete sidewalks, construction of two curb ramps, new curbing and gutters, a prefabricated concrete restroom building, associated electrical, water, and sanitary sewer services, a splash pad, playground equipment with rubber surfacing, street signage, pavement markings, erosion control, seeding, and related appurtenances. All work will be performed under a single prime contract on a lump‑sum basis. • 30 cubic yards of pavement removal and 200 sq yd aggregate base (6”) • 325 sq yd concrete sidewalk, 2 curb ramps, 140 lf curb & gutter • Prefabricated restroom, utility services, splash pad, playground, signage, markings, erosion control, and seeding.
