THICKNESS GAUGE

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a thickness gauge that can measure coating thickness accurately, conforming to ASTM E376-19, B244, B499, B530, D7091 standards. The gauge should have a measurement range of 0 to 25mm with an accuracy of +- (1% or 0.015mm). It should be capable of measuring non-magnetic coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates, have multiple stored calibration adjustments, and be able to store at least 1000,000 readings in at least 500 sequential/grid batches. The gauge should also have a USB port and cable for quick connection to a PC and for continuous power, and a full-color screen with backlight. • The gauge should be able to instantly calculate average, standard deviation, min/max thickness, and the number of readings while measuring. • The gauge should have probes ideal for measuring coatings on curved or flat surfaces. • The City encourages vendors to submit the Consent and Authorization Agreement by attaching it to their vendor profile at the time of registration. • The City will deem any quote submitted by a vendor who has failed to comply with the Consent and Authorization Agreement requirement as non-responsive and not consider it.
