Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) seeks a vendor to supply one (1) new automatic Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR) that complies with AASHTO T 315/T 350 for asphalt‑binder testing. The bid must include all required accessories, full software license, shipping to ODOT’s Columbus facility, on‑site installation, training, and on‑site calibration performed by the manufacturer or an approved contractor. A trade‑in credit for an existing Anton Paar SmartPave 101 unit (serial 80313953) must be presented as a separate line item. Delivery must be FOB destination, within normal business hours, and the vendor must meet insurance and certification requirements.
• Supply of Anton Paar SmartPave MCR 73 (or equivalent) meeting detailed technical specs (power, footprint, temperature range, torque, etc.).
• Inclusion of additional testing plates (two 25 mm lower plates, one 8 mm lower plate) and full software license.
• Provide shipping, on‑site installation, training, and calibration; handle trade‑in logistics.
• Vendor must be an authorized dealer, meet Ohio’s buy‑American/Boy‑Ohio/Veteran preferences, carry required insurance, and comply with E‑Verify and data‑location restrictions.
