Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide a Sleeve, Directional, with the part number 39-24110-1 and NSN 1650011683691LE. The solicitation is for a critical technology item, and the export of this technical data is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act. The vendor must be a qualified U.S. contractor and must comply with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. The key responsibilities of the vendor will include providing the required technical data and complying with the export control regulations.
• The vendor must provide the technical data in accordance with the instructions provided in Attachment 1.
• The vendor must comply with the export control regulations and obtain approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce before exporting any controlled technical data.
• The vendor must include a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the technical data provided to qualified U.S. contractors.
• The vendor must manufacture the Sleeve, Directional, in accordance with the technical data provided and must not use the technical data for any purpose other than the manufacture of the item.
