The Department of the Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide a sleeve assembly. The opportunity is for a critical technology component, and the export of this technical data is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act. The vendor will need to comply with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25 and obtain approval or license from the Department of State for items controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), or the Department of Commerce for items controlled by the Export Administration Regulation (EAR).
