Description
The Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, is seeking a vendor to provide a WRENCH, SPANNER. The opportunity is for a critical technology item, and export control notices apply. The vendor must be a qualified U.S. contractor and adhere to the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. The scope of work includes providing the specified item, and the U.S. Government assumes no liability for direct patent infringement, or contributory patent infringement, or misuse of technical data. Key points to consider:
• The item is controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulation (EAR)
• The vendor must obtain approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce before exporting the item
• The vendor must include a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the technical data
• The U.S. Government does not warrant the adequacy, accuracy, currency, or completeness of the technical data
• The U.S. Government assumes no liability for loss, damage, or injuries resulting from manufacture or use of the item
