The Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Aviation is seeking a vendor to provide Damper Assy. The opportunity requires the delivery of 71 images of the product. The vendor must comply with the export control regulations and obtain approval or license from the Department of State for items controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce for items controlled by the Export Administration Regulation (EAR). • The product must meet the technical requirements specified by the Department of Defense. • The vendor must provide a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the technical data. • The U.S. Government assumes no liability for direct patent infringement, or contributory patent infringement, or misuse of technical data. • The U.S. Government does not warrant the adequacy, accuracy, currency, or completeness of the technical data. • The vendor must include a copy of this notice with any partial or complete reproduction of these data that is provided to qualified U.S. Contractors.
