The Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking a contractor to provide unmarked engineering data for an actuator. The data set contains 64 images and is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act. The contractor must comply with export control regulations and obtain approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce before exporting the data. The contractor must also include a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the data provided to qualified U.S. contractors. • The data set contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act or the Export Administration Act. • The contractor must comply with export control regulations and obtain approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce before exporting the data. • The contractor must include a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the data provided to qualified U.S. contractors. • The U.S. Government assumes no liability for direct patent infringement, contributory patent infringement, or misuse of technical data. • The U.S. Government does not warrant the adequacy, accuracy, currency, or completeness of the technical data.
