Description
The Department of Defense, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, is seeking unmarked engineering data for an aircraft leading edge. The data set contains technical drawings and other information related to the project. The contractor will be required to handle export-controlled technical data in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulation (EAR). The project involves the manufacture and use of products, articles, systems, or materials involving reliance upon the technical data furnished by the Government.
• The contractor must be a qualified U.S. contractor to access the technical data.
• The contractor must comply with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25.
• The contractor must not disseminate the technical data without first obtaining approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce.
• The contractor must include a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the data provided to qualified U.S. contractors.
