Description
The Department of Defense, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, is seeking unmarked engineering data for a circuit card. The data should be treated as being marked with a distribution statement and an export control notice. The export of this data is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act. The contractor must ensure that the data is disseminated in accordance with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. The scope of work includes providing the required engineering data, and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must have a qualified U.S. contractor certification.
• The contractor must ensure that the data is not exported without first obtaining approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce.
• The contractor must include a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the data provided to qualified U.S. contractors.
• The U.S. Government assumes no liability for direct patent infringement, contributory patent infringement, or misuse of technical data.
