Description
The Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking unmarked engineering data. The data set contains technical drawings that are not marked with a distribution statement and an export control notice. The contractor will be required to handle the data in accordance with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25 and the Export Administration Act of 1979. The contractor will also be required to obtain approval or license from the Department of State for items controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce for items controlled by the Export Administration Regulation (EAR).
