Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking vendors/contractors for unmarked engineering data. The data set contains drawings that are not marked with a distribution statement and an export control notice. Vendors/contractors are required to treat these drawings as being marked with a specific statement. The attachment contains instructions for controlling export-controlled technical data. Key aspects of the job include:
• Controlling export-controlled technical data
• Adhering to the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act
• Obtaining approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce for export-controlled items
