Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking unmarked engineering data. The data set contains drawings that are not marked with a distribution statement and an export control notice. Vendors/contractors are required to treat these drawings as being marked with a specific distribution statement and export control notice. The data is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act, and its export is controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulation (EAR).
