The Department of the Air Force is seeking unmarked engineering data for a cooler, lubricating system. The data should be treated as distribution authorized to DoD and US DoD contractors only, with critical technology. The export of this data is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act. • The data includes technical drawings and instructions for controlling export-controlled technical data. • The contractor must comply with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25 and the Export Administration Regulation. • The contractor must obtain approval or license from the Department of State for items controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce for items controlled by the Export Administration Regulation (EAR). • The U.S. Government assumes no liability for direct patent infringement, contributory patent infringement, or misuse of technical data.
