Description
The Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, is seeking vendors/contractors for unmarked engineering data related to shipping and storage. The data set contains technical information whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act or the Export Administration Act of 1979. Vendors must be qualified U.S. contractors and are prohibited from unauthorized dissemination of the information. The U.S. Government assumes no liability for patent infringement, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the technical data. Key aspects of the job include:
