Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking unmarked engineering data related to a power panel. The data set contains technical drawings that are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act. The contractor must ensure that the data is handled and disseminated in accordance with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. The scope of work includes the manufacture and use of products involving the technical data furnished by the government.
• The contractor must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulation (EAR) when exporting the technical data.
• The contractor must obtain approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce before exporting the technical data.
• The contractor must include a copy of the notice with any partial or complete reproduction of the data provided to qualified U.S. contractors.
• The U.S. Government assumes no liability for direct patent infringement, contributory patent infringement, or misuse of technical data.
