Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking vendors/contractors for unmarked engineering data. The data set contains drawings that are not marked with a distribution statement and an export control notice, and these drawings should be treated as being marked with a specific statement. The contractor will be responsible for controlling export-controlled technical data and ensuring that it is not disseminated without approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce. The key aspects of this job include:
* Controlling export-controlled technical data
* Ensuring compliance with the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act
* Obtaining approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce before exporting technical data
* Coordinating with the Engineering Data Support Center
