Description
The Department of Defense, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, is seeking a contractor to provide unmarked engineering data for a CONTROL,TRANSMITTER. The data set contains technical drawings that are not marked with a distribution statement and an export control notice. The contractor will be required to handle the technical data in accordance with the provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25 and the Export Administration Act of 1979. The contractor will also be required to obtain approval or license from the Department of State for items controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce for items controlled by the Export Administration Regulation (EAR). Key aspects of the job include:
• Handling technical data in accordance with DoD Directive 5230.25 and the Export Administration Act of 1979
• Obtaining approval or license from the Department of State for items controlled by the ITAR or the Department of Commerce for items controlled by the EAR
• Providing unmarked engineering data for a CONTROL,TRANSMITTER
• Complying with the provisions of the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act of 1979
