Port Salerno/New Monrovia Vacuum Sewer Collection System & Neighborhood Restoration

The County of Martin is seeking a qualified contractor to design and construct a vacuum sanitary sewer collection system serving approximately 960 single‑family residences and 10 apartment parcels in the Port Salerno‑New Monrovia area. The work includes installing a fully‑enclosed masonry building to house vacuum pumping assemblies, as well as associated roadway, drainage, sidewalk, and lighting improvements. Funding is partially provided through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection grants and the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, requiring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • Construct vacuum sewer lines and associated infrastructure for ~970 residential units. • Build an enclosed masonry pump station with complete utilities and site improvements. • Coordinate with FDEP grant requirements, including flow‑down provisions and environmental compliance.
