Description
The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is planning to close contracts that have an expired period of performance, are fully invoiced, and have a remaining balance of zero dollars. The contracts listed in the attachment will be closed in accordance with FAR 4.804. Vendors identified in the attached contract list have been notified of the upcoming closeout action. If a vendor prefers a bilateral contract closeout modification or has a valid reason why the closeout should not proceed, they should contact the point of contact (POC) listed in the announcement before the closing date.
• The contracts to be closed have various periods of performance, including firm fixed price, time and materials, and fixed price with economic price adjustment.
• The vendors listed include A2 LABS LLC, ACCENTURE FEDERAL SERVICES LLC, APPLIED CURIOSITY RESEARCH LLC, and others.
• The contract types and periods of performance are specified in the attachment.
