Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to provide specialized telecommunications equipment (TTYs, hearing‑aid compatible devices, tablets, etc.) on a loan and cost‑sharing basis, and to deliver an associated advocacy program for deaf and hard‑of‑hearing (DHH) consumers. The effort includes outreach, training for public‑safety personnel, annual or bi‑annual conference hosting, and compliance reporting over a five‑year period.
• Supply, maintain, and manage a pool of DHH‑focused telecommunications devices (e.g., TTYs, amplified phones, tablets) for eligible consumers, with loan and cost‑share options.
• Deliver approximately 10‑12 DHH training sessions annually for public‑safety personnel and organize an annual/bi‑annual DHH conference in collaboration with the state DHH liaison.
• Provide audited financial statements (FY 2023‑2025), quarterly and year‑end performance reports, and meet all documentation requirements outlined in the RFP.
• Submit a fixed‑price, two‑year cost proposal covering the initial performance year (7/1/2026‑6/30/2027) and the first renewal year (7/1/2027‑6/30/2028).
