Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is soliciting quotes for Tornado Door and APR parts for the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility in Manhattan, Kansas. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for all items. The USDA requires delivery of all items within 90 calendar days. The contractor must meet the salient characteristics specified in the solicitation, and provide descriptive literature or documentation to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required characteristics.
• The contractor must be the manufacturer of the items or an authorized reseller.
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
• The contractor must provide pricing as requested in the price schedule, including any quantity price discounts and discounts for prompt payment.
