Description
The Baltimore District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking lease proposals for approximately 1,200 sq ft of retail‑type space within a one‑mile radius of 79 Main Street, Bradford, PA 16701. The space must provide a secondary egress, parking for three government vehicles (day and overnight), and must be leased under a Government Lease agreement. The lease term is up to five (5) years, with possible one‑year renewal options, and the Government will pay rent (including CAM, taxes, and insurance) on a monthly basis after the space is delivered and accepted. The lessee must be SAM‑registered, provide a notarized letter appointing an Entity Administrator, and be prepared to furnish separate utility meters, HVAC maintenance, snow removal, janitorial services, and other building‑operation responsibilities outlined in the lease. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm on October 18, 2026.
