The U.S. Army is seeking quotations for the short‑term rental of material handling equipment (forklifts) to support the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) 27‑01 training rotation of the 25th Infantry Division on Oahu, Hawaii. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, 29‑day award covering the period 25 Oct 2026 – 22 Nov 2026. Required equipment includes one 10‑kW forklift at Schofield Barracks and four 5‑kW forklifts at Joint Base Pearl Harbor‑Hickam. Offerors must submit a complete quote, technical approach, and recent relevant experience by 26 Sep 2026 (3:00 PM HST).
• Rental of 1 × 10 kW forklift (Schofield Barracks) for 29 days
• Rental of 4 × 5 kW forklifts (JBPHH, BLDG 3220) for 29 days each
• Firm‑fixed‑price, all‑inclusive pricing; quotes must be valid ≥90 days
• Submission via email to both Contract Specialist (SFC Devendra Kashudhan) and Contracting Officer (SFC Curtis Jefflo)
• Required attachments: vendor information form, recent work experience questionnaire, and the RFQ PDF
