This opportunity calls for the full design‑build replacement of a structurally deficient bridge over the Tuscarawas River and associated roadway realignment, drainage, and safety improvements along County Road 62 and U.S. Route 36. The contract includes demolition of the existing bridge, installation of new steel‑girder superstructure, new abutments, guardrails, sidewalks, pavement widening, right‑turn lane addition, and comprehensive utility relocations. The engineer’s estimate is $10.48 million, with a 10 % small‑business participation requirement and a mandatory 10 % bid security. The project must be completed by December 3 2027.
