Montrose County is seeking qualified asphalt paving contractors to provide hot‑mix asphalt (HMA) paving for approximately 2.75 miles of county roads, totaling about 9,735 tons of HMA. Bidders must submit sealed bids, comply with detailed county and CDOT specifications, and manage all aspects of the work including traffic control, utility protection, quality‑control testing, milling, striping, and post‑construction cleanup. The contract includes provisions for extra work change orders, mandatory on‑site quality‑control personnel, and a pre‑construction conference.
