Flying Cloud Trail Improvements

The City of Eden Prairie is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive set of improvements to the Flying Cloud Trail. The scope includes demolition, excavation, installation of new pavement, curbs, storm sewer components, fencing, and seed‑and‑erosion control. The work will be performed on municipal right‑of‑way and must comply with Minnesota statutory requirements for responsible contractors. • Remove approximately 600 SY of existing bituminous pavement and replace with new 2.5‑inch trail pavement over a 6‑inch base. • Install ~5,675 SY of new concrete curbs and gutters, and replace 400 LF of 12‑18″ RCP storm sewer. • Perform site work including 4,750 CY of granular embankment, 1 EA of common excavation, and 280 LF of chain‑link fencing. • Conduct seeding of 11,200 SY with rolled erosion control and perform associated landscaping.
