AMEND 0002: Start a 100 MB commercial circuit intra Southwest Asia

The US government is seeking a telecommunication provider to establish a 100 MB commercial circuit in Southwest Asia. The provider must have a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both the government and the contractor. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used for evaluation purposes. • The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached solicitation. • The provider must comply with the terms and conditions as specified in the attached solicitation. • All quoted prices shall be identified by Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), Non-Recurring Charge (NRC), and any tiered pricing for additional service months, as applicable.
