The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a GUIDE, STEM, in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the contract. The material must be cleaned, tested, packaged, and labeled by trained personnel and procedures. The contractor must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 and provide certification data for the material. The contractor must also ensure that the material is traceable to the material certification test reports and that the certification data is complete and legible. Key requirements include: * The material must be in accordance with Vacco Drawing V3D10506, Item 16, Part Number V2C12444-4MF. * Oxygen cleaning must be performed in accordance with MIL-STD-1330. * Material for parts requiring certification must be quantitatively chemically and mechanically analyzed. * Certifications are required for non-destructive tests on weld repair and/or production weld. * The contractor must maintain adequate records of all inspections and tests. * The contractor must ensure that the purchased product conforms to specified purchase requirements and this contract.
