Notice of Intent to Sole Source – NPS Resident Research Associateship Program Support

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is issuing a sole‑source, cost‑reimbursable contract to the National Academy of Sciences to administer the Naval Postgraduate School’s Resident Research Associateship Program. The contractor will manage recruitment of U.S. and foreign scientists, stipend disbursement, program administration, applicant processing, expert panel reviews, award administration, and ongoing support for both post‑doctoral and senior associates.
