Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide exterior infrastructure repairs at the Charles E. Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The contract will be awarded to the professional firm that has been recommended by the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee after their evaluation of the combined Part I - Technical and Part II - Cost Proposals.
• The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The contractor must provide a complete, straightforward response to this Request for Proposal, including a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must submit a signed Certification of a Michigan Based Business and the Responsibility Certification forms.
• The contractor must assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal, whether or not they possess them within their organization.
• The contractor must provide detailed, chronological resumes of all proposed Key Personnel, including a description of their work experience relevant to their proposed role as it relates to the RFP.
