SE County Line Road Bridge Replacement

The Martin County Purchasing agency is soliciting bids from licensed contractors for a bridge removal and replacement project on SE County Line Road over the North Fork of the Loxahatchee River. The project includes demolition and removal of the existing vehicular and pedestrian bridges, followed by construction of a new four-span, 205-foot-long FDOT Florida Slab Beam Bridge. The proposed structure will be supported by a substructure consisting of 24-inch square precast concrete piles and cast-in-place concrete intermediate pile cap bents. The new bridge will provide two 12-foot travel lanes, two 6-foot shoulders, a 6-foot sidewalk, utility attachments, and all associated signage and pavement markings. • The project is funded by a State of Florida Department of Transportation State Funded Grant Agreement and a US Department of Housing and Urban Development FY2024 Community Project Funding Grant. • The successful consultant and its subconsultants must comply with all terms and conditions of the agreement and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the project. • The project requires the contractor to provide a bid bond and to comply with various federal and state contract clauses.
